This games-based course is aimed at puppies from 2 to 6 months of age (although due to the structure of the course, older puppies are welcome). It is designed to build confidence in puppies around novel items, so they can go out into the world prepared for a variety of strange situations. Focus and Calmness are also introduced, to give puppies a good foundation for later training. You will also learn how to train basic positions such as sit and down, and how to use play as an effective tool for fun training sessions. The puppies get used to being around other dogs and people without needing to be constantly interacting with them, and we will discuss possible problems that might develop and how to deal with them.
